Training Workshops
I develop and deliver training workshops for both the public and private sector.
These include the following areas;
- Stress management
- Assertion training
- Anger management
- Communication and listening skills
For counsellors and supervisors I also offer a wide variety of workshops, such as case study management, co-dependency, creative counseling, Integrating C.B.T. into your counseling and various workshops on personality disorders.
